For long periods of planned non-operation:
- Store the vehicle in a dry, secure location and away from direct sunlight. If possible, park the vehicle indoors.
- Avoid using the parking brake for extended periods of storage. This could shorten the lifetime of the hydraulic seals. Use wheel-chocks instead.
- Remove the battery / batteries from the vehicle.
