How to book via Cachet App?
- Register or log in to Cachet
- Pick your slots & pay online
- Pick up your bike. Arrive at the Vok Bikes Vilnius Hub 15 min before your slot begins.
- Return the bike on time. A 5 euro fine per 15 late minutes is applied.
- Repeat
In between the 3-hour slots are 30-minute handover breaks. If you book two consecutive slots, you do not need to return to the hub but simply exchange the batteries yourself (we’ll show you how in the Hub).
Changes to your existing bookings
You can now cancel your Vok slots on the Cachet platform.
- Click “More info” on the Cachet dashboard.
- There you can see your upcoming and past bookings. For upcoming bookings “Cancel” button is available.
- When pressed, you will see info about the booking.
- After cancellation, you will automatically be reimbursed in Cachet Cash, which you can use for your next booking.
- Cancelling on the Cachet platform is available only until 24 hours before your booking.
NB! Changes and cancellations to your bookings less than 24 hours before your relevant slot are currently not possible.
