Vok Ride Rental Terms
All prices are quoted as ex-VAT.
Service description
Vok Ride is a rental service by Vok Bikes, a cargo bike manufacturer. The service is designed for businesses that require reliable, scalable urban delivery vehicles without upfront capital investment and long-term commitment.
Included in the monthly fee:
- One bike (Vok S or Vok XL)
- One Vok battery with a charger (30mi range)
- Accidental damage & theft insurance
- GPS tracking & anti-theft protection
- Quarterly onsite servicing within London (parts not included)
Option to purchase the vehicle at any time, with 50% of paid rental fees credited toward the purchase price.
One-off costs and deposit
Joining fee: £200 Deposit:
- 6 months: £0

- 24 months: £1000
- 36 months: £1000
Custom wrapping (optional):
- Vok S: £350
- Vok XL: £450
Delivery fee: Pick-up is free. Delivery to site is a one-off charge at handover (may vary outside London Zone 1–3).

Vok Ride rentals are available to registered businesses based in London, including delivery services, local retailers, restaurants, professional services, corporate teams, and other businesses in need of efficient city transport. All inquiries undergo a verification process (up to 48 hours) to confirm eligibility for rental financing.
Where can I ride with a Vok?
Vok Bikes are compact, versatile urban vehicles (e-bikes) and fully suitable for bike paths. Tested and proven on the streets of London, Brussels, Dublin, Stockholm, Amsterdam, Berlin, Copenhagen, and many other European cities. Voks can navigate bike lanes, pavements when necessary, narrow spaces, and almost anywhere your business needs to go.
How can I rent a Vok?
Currently, Vok Ride rental service is available to businesses based in London. To get started, submit an inquiry, complete the verification process, and arrange pickup or delivery for your rental.
Can we customise the Vok with our company branding?
Yes! We offer full wrap and branding options, turning your Vok into a moving billboard for your business. One-time wrapping fees apply, pricing available on request.
Where do we pick up and return the bikes?
Bikes can be collected and returned at our London hub in Hackney (281 Mare Street), or we can arrange on-site delivery and collection for an additional fee.
What happens if the bike needs repairs or servicing?
Our support team handles all maintenance. Simply contact us, and we’ll arrange servicing or provide a replacement if needed.
Is training provided for our riders?
Yes, we offer an onboarding session to ensure safe and efficient operation for your team.
What’s included in the rental price?
Rental fees include maintenance, servicing, insurance, and access to customer support. Additional spare batteries and branded wraps can be added as extras.
