What does the 1-week trial include?
You’ll get a Vok eCargo bike (S or XL) for one week (from Monday to Friday), along with onboarding and support to help you use it in your daily operations.
Where can I ride with Vok?
Vok Bikes are compact, versatile urban vehicles (e-bikes) and legally eligible to ride on cycle lanes. No driver’s licence needed. Voks can navigate bike lanes, pavements when necessary, park paths, narrow spaces, and almost anywhere your business needs to go. Tested and proven on the streets of London, Brussels, Dublin, Amsterdam, Berlin, Copenhagen, and many other European cities.
Is the trial really free?
Yes — the trial is completely free, with no obligation to continue afterwards. The goals of the campaign is to answer the question: “Could your business run better on cargo bikes?” – it’s up to you to decide. You’ll use the bike in your normal operations, test how it fits your workflow, and share feedback on your experience.
Who can apply?
Any London-based business that currently uses vans or cars for deliveries or operations and can use the bike daily during the trial. This includes businesses with their own fleet or those working with third-party delivery providers.
How are businesses selected?
We’ll select 5 businesses based on how well the trial fits their operations and their ability to use the bike regularly during the week. Beyond the application, our team will be in touch via email to further understand suitability.
What can I use the cargo bike for?
Deliveries, service visits, transporting goods, supply runs, or any short-distance trips you currently do by van or car.
Is training provided for our riders?
Yes — we provide an onboarding session to ensure your team can operate the bike safely and efficiently. This takes place during pick-up at the Fully Charged London Bridge hub.
Do I need any special licence or experience?
No — the bike is electric-assisted and can be used without a special licence. We’ll guide you through setup, and most people find it intuitive and easy to ride. It’s also a great opportunity to widen your workforce, as this is something many of our clients highlight after switching to cargo bikes.
