About the role

Vok Bikes is a pioneering manufacturer of commercial 4-wheel eCargo bikes, renowned for innovation and quality up to par with automotive-grade standards.We empower companies with sustainable and reliable electric fleet solutions, with clients spanning major postal operators, parcel and delivery companies, food and grocery chains, and last-mile service providers across 14 countries in Europe.

As our Enterprise Account Executive, you will own the full sales cycle for large postal and food delivery fleet accounts across the EU. From finding and qualifying leads to running pilots, organising demos, and closing strategic deals – this role is about building lasting commercial partnerships that help take diesel vans off city streets at scale. Based in Tallinn, you will work closely with our product and operations teams and report directly to leadership.

 

Your responsibilities

  • Own the full enterprise sales cycle – from prospecting and lead generation to demo, pilot coordination, negotiation, and deal close.
  • Identify and target large fleet operators in the postal, parcel, and food delivery sectors across the EU.
  • Organise and lead product demonstrations and field pilot programmes, working closely with the technical and operations teams.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with fleet managers, logistics directors, sustainability leads, and procurement decision-makers.
  • Develop strategic account plans for key prospects, mapping stakeholders and aligning Vok Bikes solutions to their fleet transition goals.
  • Manage pipeline with rigour – track activity, forecast accurately, and move deals forward with clear next steps.
  • Represent Vok Bikes at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings across Europe.
  • Feed market insights back to the product and leadership team to help shape our enterprise offering.

 

Requirements

  • 5+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience, ideally in hardware, commercial vehicles, fleet solutions, or logistics technology.
  • Proven track record of closing large, complex deals with long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience working with postal operators, food delivery companies, or last-mile logistics fleets is a strong advantage.
  • Comfortable running pilots and demos hands-on – you don’t wait for someone else to set things up.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English; additional European languages are a plus.
  • Self-driven and entrepreneurial – you thrive with autonomy and take full ownership of your targets.
  • Genuine interest in sustainability and clean urban mobility.
