Procurement and Logistics Project Manager

The main goal in this role is to plan and assist in the procurement of raw materials, components, and supplies, also support daily logistics processes. You should be capable of managing urgent special projects, such as ERP implementation or finding a new logistics partner in Benelux, but also ready to support classic purchasing and logistics department tasks, such as creating purchase orders and planning shipments.

You would be:

• Searching for and supporting negotiations with suppliers and logistics services ensuring quality, best prices, and timely deliveries.
• Ensuring optimal inventory levels – avoiding both shortages and excess stock.
• Coordinating the arrival of deliveries and the receipt of materials.
• Managing inventory: preventing material-related stoppages through up-to-date and operational monitoring and management of inventory.
• Finding new partners and implementing logistics services.
• Analysing and optimising supply chain processes to ensure operational efficiency

You’ll be a great match if you have:

• 3+ years of experience in a similar position
• Strong understanding of production processes, planning, material management, and purchasing processes in the field of technical products
• Higher education in a technical or economic field
• Systematic approach and are able to create order even in complex situations
• Excellent proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and Excel
• Excellent command of Estonian and English, both spoken and written
